Original Artwork
If you change your mind about an original artwork purchased online, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
A refund will be issued once the artwork has been safely received and inspected..
Limited Edition Prints
As limited-edition prints are produced to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind. Please check dimensions and product details carefully before placing your order.
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. A replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate
Commissions and Bespoke Artwork
Commissioned, personalised, or bespoke artwork is non-refundable and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged Items
Every order is carefully packaged. If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork
How should I return an artwork?
Returned artwork must be carefully packaged using the original packaging where possible. I reserve the right to reduce a refund if the artwork is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.
